Mr. Lee is the founder and controlling shareholder of 4REFUEL Canada Ltd. formerly Mini-Tankers Canada Ltd. Jack is a Canadian entrepreneur who has developed and owned successful businesses in Australia and Canada. In 1980, Jack established one of Australia's premier landscape and horticultural companies: Jensen International Pty. Ltd. Jensen, at its peak, employed over 160 personnel and was involved in the design and construction of major commercial landscapes and golf courses.
Jack served on numerous industry councils and was founding president of the Queensland Association of Landscape Industries Ltd., and of the Landscape Industries Association of Australia Ltd., of which he was a board member for a number of years. Jack was the first Master Licensee of Mini-Tankers in North America, establishing the business in Langley, BC, in July 1995. Under Jack's leadership, Mini-Tankers Canada Ltd. has grown from a "start-up", to annual revenues in excess of $100 million in less than 10 years, achieving recognition as the 5th fastest growing business in British Columbia in a major business publication in 2001. Mr. Thompson joined 4Refuel Canada Ltd. in February 1996. Terry has over 20 years of management experience, and has held senior management positions in the franchising industry. Prior to joining the team, Terry was a management consultant providing strategic planning, marketing, production and financial consulting to small and medium-sized businesses. Mr. Valeriote joined the 4Refuel team in 1997 and was instrumental in the start-up and establishment of the company's operations in Ontario. Mr. Bogner joined 4Refuel Canada Ltd. in 2005 and is responsible for leading the company's expansion into international markets. Having lived and worked extensively in Europe, Norm brings over 10 years experience in the areas of management consulting, technology and business development and has completed a broad range of projects for global clients in 12 countries worldwide. Norm holds an Honours degree, a postgraduate in Applied Information Technology and is a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE). Mr. Bishop joined 4Refuel Ltd. in 2006 to lead 4Refuel's national marketing and communications. Bill brings to 4Refuel over 15 years of marketing experience with global entities, including a decade in Southeast Asia leading marketing programs for major business to business and franchise brands. In addition to university and post-graduate studies in marketing management, Bill brings to 4Refuel a broad scope of practical expertise in business to business marketing, CRM, corporate communications and program leadership. |

Mr. Salis joined 4Refuel Canada Ltd. in 2006. Anthony (Toni) has over 30 years experience in the transportation industry and has held senior management and executive positions in which he directed national operations and fleet management as well as national administrative roles. Mr. Fryer is one of only ten recognized BQ 9000 auditors in the world and the only one in Canada. An early adopter of biodiesel, Ken led in the introduction of biodiesel into the BC market while fleet manager at the City of Richmond. Ken has over 20 years experience managing corporate and municipal fleets and was awarded the Biodiesel Fleet Manager award by the Canadian Renewable Fuels Association in 2005. In addition to leading 4Refuel's clean air fuels portfolio, Ken is a regular speaker at industry and government conferences on alternative fuels and is a nationally recognized expert and authority on biodiesel. |
