Commitment to Quality, Safety and the Environment - The QSE Program: As an organization, 4Refuel is committed to the continual improvement of our people, processes and systems in order to make it easier for clients to do business with us. To achieve this objective, we have extensive programs in place to enhance the quality and safety of all our products and services while minimizing their impact on the environment. The Quality, Safety and Environment (QSE) program is based on the internationally recognized ISO Standards (9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001). The aim of the program is to:
Implement a scalable "Integrated Management System" that will allow us to deliver on our commitments to our clients, franchisees and employees in a safe and environmentally responsible manner
Bring the organization's management processes, practices and procedures up to internationally recognized ISO Quality, Safety and Environmental standards
Commit to our organization to continual review and improvement of our internal and external business operations in order to maintain our position as "The Leader in Fuel Management"

A dedicated Operations and Compliance department staffed with professionals with over 75 years experience in the fleet operations and fuelling industries ensure:
Extensive hazardous materials, refuelling and incident training is completed and kept current
compliance with governmental regulations
standard operating procedures are adhered to
complete up-to-date insurance coverage and safety standards are maintained
trucks are maintained and equipped with proper safety equipment
background and drivers abstracts are required prior to any hire
All vehicles are equipped with

Training: Once a franchisee or driver completes the training program, he or she is tested on every aspect of the fueling process. If the driver needs more training, he or she will receive additional training until the test is passed. Training includes:
WHMIS and TDG course completion are mandatory
