How to complete the entry card: Contest forms are to be submitted by 4Refuel employees directly to their local 4Refuel office. Please complete all fields on the back of the postcard as follows: Referrer Details: enter requested information about the Person giving the referral - all fields must be filled and details must be complete Territory Manager: enter the name of the 4Refuel Employee submiting the contest card Referral Details: enter the requested information about the business lead being referred to 4Refuel - all fields pertaining to each Referral (up to two (2) per card) must be filled and details must be complete Leave the boxed administration fields empty
Rules and Regulations: By participating in the contest, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions - Contest is open to everyone except 4Refuel Employees and their families
- Contest winner will nominate a travel agent to arrange holiday booking (travel and accommodations) which 4Refuel will cover up to $5000
- If the cost of the holiday is less than $5000, the left-over funds will be forwarded to the contest winner to enjoy spending on their holiday
- If the cost of the holiday exceeds $5000 the winner must cover the balance
- Only Referrers of qualified referrals will be entered in the contest draw (all referrals will be qualified by the TMs according to territory – a qualified lead is any business whose second highest operating cost is fuel or has a demonstrable fuel management need)
- Spring Draw closes 31 March 2008
- Fall Draw closes 31 October 2008
- One Grand Prize Draw for the $5,000 trip after the closing of each contest period and the draw will be held the first business day after the contest closing date
- Winners will be notified by the Territory Manager who serves the territory
- Upon submission, completed postcards and all information contained thereon become the property of 4Refuel and may be used for marketing purposes as directed by 4Refuel
- Contest is administered solely by 4Refuel. 4Refuel accepts no liability arising from any part or parts, decisions or results of the contest process, materials, administration or prizes. 4Refuel further indemnifies its employees, shareholders and company directors from any claim or action arising from or related to this contest.
- 4Refuel reserves the right to change or modify any details or requirements to the rules, regulations and administration of the contest at any time, including cancelling the contest without giving any notice in writing, on this website or in any other form. Monitor this website for updates.
- 4Refuel reserves the right to disqualify entries based on the sole discretion of 4Refuel and its employees
