Assuming the Franchisee meets renewal criteria after completion of the first five years and pays the current renewal fee, an additional five years will be granted. Upon expiry of the 15 year franchise agreement the franchisor, at his discretion, may grant another 15 year term to the incumbent franchisee based on past performance for the value of the territory at time of sale.
