Mr. Gleason comes to 4Refuel after six years at Superior Plus. He joined Superior Plus as Senior Vice-President, Corporate Development in 2005. He was made President of Superior Propane in 2006 and President of Superior Plus Energy Services in 2009.
While at Superior, John focused his energies on driving efficiencies in financial and operational management. As President of Superior Plus Energy Services, John was active in the extensive acquisition and assembly of the home heating businesses in the United States. Prior to Superior, he held executive positions in finance and business development at MDS Inc., TIL Systems, Dataline Inc. and Ernst and Young. Mr. Gleason is a builder of businesses with a keen entrepreneurial business sense. John holds a Bachelors of Commerce and a Masters of Business Administration as well as a Chartered Accountant designation.

Joe Valeriote | Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Valeriote joined the 4Refuel team in 1997 and was instrumental in the establishment of the company's operations in Ontario. Joe has over a decade of sales leadership and general management experience in the transport and logistics industry and has held management roles in business to business environments such as fleet management, maintenance and operations consolidation.

Daniel Jennings | Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Jennings joined 4Refuel Canada LP. in July 2008. Dan has over 20 years of management experience, and has held senior financial management and executive positions.
Prior to joining the team, Dan gained extensive experience in financial modelling, negotiations, strategic planning and improving operational efficiency in both Canadian and international operations of vehicle emissions testing and electric power industries. Dan holds a BBA (1988) from Simon Fraser University and designations as a Chartered Accountant (1991) and Certified International Trade Professional (2005).

Ms. Constantinidis is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources including planning; compensation; recruitment and employee relations. Ariela has over 20 years of experience in increasingly senior HR positions in the energy, facility management outsourcing and finance sectors. She holds the designation of Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and is a member of the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario. Ariela brings drive and focus to the goal of making 4Refuel a ‘Great place to work’.

Mr. Lee has been with the 4Refuel group of companies since 2003.  James has over 14 years of project management and management consulting experience in resource based sectors across North America with a focus on information technology development.  
Prior to joining 4Refuel James completed a Masters Degree in Business Administration at the University of British Columbia specializing in Strategic Management and also obtained a Bachelors Degree in Forest Science from the University of Alberta in 1994.

Don Sadowski | Vice President Information Systems

Mr. Sadowski joined 4Refuel in 2005 and is responsible for creating and implementing strategic, technology solutions.  During the past 23 years, Don has brought an entrepreneurial approach to starting and building technology companies.  He has been responsible for all aspects of system design and delivery and was a partner involved in taking a start-up technology company through a successful public offering. Don received a BASc (Communication’s Engineering - 1989) from Simon Fraser University and an MBA (Strategic Management – 2002) from the University of British Columbia.

Anthony Salis | Vice President Fleet Operations Canada

Mr. Salis joined 4Refuel in 2006 to lead national operations and oversee management of the national fleet. Anthony (Toni) has over 30 years of experience in the transportation sector and has held management and executive positions in which he directed national operations and fleet management as well as national administrative roles. Toni attended the University of Toronto and York University and completed a certification project management.

Jack Lee | Founder and Executive Chairman

Jack Lee is the founder of 4Refuel Canada LP which he established in Langley, British Columbia in 1995. For fifteen years under Jack’s leadership, 4Refuel established business operations in all major centres across Canada and built a reputation as a leader in fuel management.
Growth was rapid and by 2006 the company was ranked among the fastest growing companies in Canada by Profit 100 Magazine. In 2007 the company expanded to the United States opening its first office in Seattle. In 2008, Jack was named among the finalists of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneurs of the Year Awards. In 2010, he guided 4Refuel into an equity partnership with leading private equity house, TorQuest Partners. In 2011 the company was named a winner of the highly coveted 50 Best Managed Companies in Canada. In January 2011, Jack stepped back to become Executive Chairman and handed the reins to President and CEO, John Gleason. Mr. Lee is a member of the Canadian Franchise Association (CFA) where he served on the board from 2003-09. He is also the president and founder of the BlueWave Charitable Foundation which works to de-stigmatize depression and mental health among youth. In 2010, Mr. Lee’s important work with BlueWave was recognized by the CFA and he was presented the Corporate Citizen Award.

John Gleason | President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Gleason comes to 4Refuel after six years at Superior Plus. He joined Superior Plus as Senior Vice-President, Corporate Development in 2005. He was made President of Superior Propane in 2006 and President of Superior Plus Energy Services in 2009.
While at Superior, John focused his energies on driving efficiencies in financial and operational management. As President of Superior Plus Energy Services, John was active in the extensive acquisition and assembly of the home heating businesses in the United States. Prior to Superior, he held executive positions in finance and business development at MDS Inc., TIL Systems, Dataline Inc. and Ernst and Young. Mr. Gleason is a builder of businesses with a keen entrepreneurial business sense. John holds a Bachelors of Commerce and a Masters of Business Administration as well as a Chartered Accountant designation.

Joe Valeriote | Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Valeriote joined the 4Refuel team in 1997 and was instrumental in the establishment of the company's operations in Ontario. Joe has over a decade of sales leadership and general management experience in the transport and logistics industry and has held management roles in business to business environments such as fleet management, maintenance and operations consolidation.

Daniel Jennings | Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Jennings joined 4Refuel Canada LP. in July 2008. Dan has over 20 years of management experience, and has held senior financial management and executive positions.
Prior to joining the team, Dan gained extensive experience in financial modelling, negotiations, strategic planning and improving operational efficiency in both Canadian and international operations of vehicle emissions testing and electric power industries. Dan holds a BBA (1988) from Simon Fraser University and designations as a Chartered Accountant (1991) and Certified International Trade Professional (2005).

Ariela Constantinidis | Vice President Human Resources

Ms. Constantinidis is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources including planning; compensation; recruitment and employee relations. Ariela has over 20 years of experience in increasingly senior HR positions in the energy, facility management outsourcing and finance sectors. She holds the designation of Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and is a member of the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario. Ariela brings drive and focus to the goal of making 4Refuel a ‘Great place to work’.

James Lee | Vice President Systems Development & Integration

Mr. Lee has been with the 4Refuel group of companies since 2003.  James has over 14 years of project management and management consulting experience in resource based sectors across North America with a focus on information technology development.  
Prior to joining 4Refuel James completed a Masters Degree in Business Administration at the University of British Columbia specializing in Strategic Management and also obtained a Bachelors Degree in Forest Science from the University of Alberta in 1994.
